Shipping policy

Order Pickup Policy

At HVACZone, we offer convenient local pickup so customers can collect their orders directly from our warehouse.

Pickup Locations

Orders can be collected from the following location:

Clyde North Warehouse
37 Rainier Crescent

Australia

Please ensure you select the correct pickup location when placing your order.

Pickup Hours

Clyde North

  • Monday – Friday: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

location is closed on weekends and public holidays unless otherwise arranged.

Please wait until you receive confirmation that your order is ready before attending for pickup.

Order Preparation Time

Most pickup orders are prepared within 1–24 hours, depending on stock availability and order size.
Large HVAC equipment or bulk material orders may require additional preparation time.

Pickup Notification

Once your order is ready for collection, you will receive a confirmation via email or SMS advising that your order is ready along with the pickup location.

Order Holding Period

Orders will be held for 7 business days after you receive your pickup notification.

If the order is not collected within this timeframe:

  • We may contact you to arrange an alternative pickup date, or

  • The order may be cancelled and refunded, minus any applicable restocking fees.

Identification Requirements

When collecting your order, please bring:

  • Photo ID

  • Order confirmation email or invoice

This ensures we release orders to the correct customer.

Third-Party Pickup

If someone else will be collecting the order on your behalf:

  • Please notify us in advance with the name of the authorised person

  • The person collecting must present photo ID and the order confirmation

Transport Responsibility

Please ensure your vehicle is suitable for transporting HVAC equipment or materials.
Our staff may assist with loading where possible, however customers are responsible for securing their load safely before leaving the premises.
