Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all purchases made through HVACZONE (“we”, “us”, “our”). By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Order Processing

1.1 All orders are processed within one (1) to two (2) business days from the date of order confirmation.
1.2 Business days are defined as Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Victoria, Australia.
1.3 Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
1.4 Processing times may be extended during peak periods, promotional events, or due to unforeseen circumstances.


2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Estimates

2.1 Standard Shipping (Parcel Post)

  • Estimated delivery timeframe is two (2) to six (6) business days from the date of dispatch.
  • Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on the delivery location within Australia.

2.2 Express Shipping (Express Post)

  • Estimated delivery timeframe is next business day from the date of dispatch.
  • This timeframe applies once the order has been dispatched and received by the carrier.
  • Express shipping services operate Monday to Friday only.

2.3 Large or Bulky Items (General Road Transport)

  • Estimated delivery timeframe is seven (7) to ten (10) business days from the date of dispatch.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on location, accessibility, and freight carrier schedules.
  • Remote and regional areas may experience longer delivery timeframes.

3. Dispatch and Risk

3.1 All orders are deemed dispatched once they have been collected by or handed over to the nominated carrier.
3.2 Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon dispatch.
3.3 HVACZONE is not liable for delays, loss, or damage occurring in transit, to the extent permitted by law.


4. Delivery

4.1 Delivery timeframes provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
4.2 HVACZONE is not responsible for delivery delays caused by third-party carriers, weather events, incorrect delivery information, or other circumstances beyond our control.
4.3 Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate delivery details are provided at the time of purchase.
4.4 Additional charges may apply for re-delivery or address changes after dispatch.


5. Tracking

5.1 Where applicable, tracking information will be provided once the order has been dispatched.
5.2 It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor shipment progress using the provided tracking details.


6. Authority to Leave

6.1 By selecting shipping options where “Authority to Leave” is permitted, the customer authorises the carrier to leave the goods at the delivery address without a signature.
6.2 HVACZONE accepts no liability for loss or theft of goods where Authority to Leave has been granted.


7. Delays and Force Majeure

7.1 HVACZONE will not be held liable for any delay or failure to deliver goods where such delay or failure is caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, transport disruptions, or supply chain interruptions.


8. Australian Consumer Law

8.1 Nothing in this Shipping Policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.
8.2 Where required by law, HVACZONE will meet its obligations in respect of delivery and consumer guarantees.
